Refund Policy
Our return policy allows for returns within 60 days of receiving your item. You may initiate a return request during this 60-day period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@vinniesonline.com.au. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Buyers are responsible for return postage for change of mind requests.
For change of mind returns, buyers are responsible for return postage. Once approved, these returns will be issued as a store credit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some items are not eligible for return due to health, safety, or hygiene reasons. These include:
Perishable goods: food, flowers, and plants
Custom products: special orders and personalized items
Personal care products: beauty items and similar goods
Hazardous materials: flammable liquids, gases, and chemicals
The following products are also excluded from our Change of Mind policy:
- Toilet paper
- Paper towel
- Underwear
- Tissues and serviettes
- Medicinal (pain relief)
- Cleaning (Examples: anti-bacterial wipes, sprays and cleaners, disposable
gloves) - Feminine hygiene and incontinence
- Baby wipes
- Hand sanitisers
- Bedding ( Mattress topper, pillows, cushion )

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved.
