Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are determined by the shipping address and the total weight of your cart.

We deliver to all parts of Australia except for Norfolk Island, Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, and the Australian Antarctic Territory.

Yes, we do. Delivery to New Zealand takes approximately 7 to 14 business days.

All orders are dispatched from Victoria, Australia. Occasionally, your order may be split and shipped in multiple parcels.

Please email us immediately at support@vinniesonline.com.au to request an address change. If the courier has already collected your order, it may be too late to modify the address. Always double-check your shipping details before finalizing your purchase.

We typically process orders within one business day. Delivery times are as follows:

  • Metro areas: 3 to 5 business days
  • Regional areas: 6 to 7 business days
  • Rural areas: 10 business days For express post:
  • 2 to 4 business days within the express network
  • Slightly longer for areas outside the express network
  • Yes, tracking information will be provided once your parcel leaves our warehouse. You can find this information in your email or by logging into your account.

    Sometimes tracking numbers take a bit of time to activate. If it's not working immediately, please wait 24 hours and try again. If the issue persists, contact our support team for assistance.

    If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will usually leave a note directing you to the nearest pick-up point. The parcel can only be collected by the person whose name is on it. Further delivery attempts may also be made. If unclaimed, the parcel will eventually be returned to our warehouse.

    Even if your parcel is late, it will be delivered. You can use your tracking information to monitor its status. If it's taking an unusually long time, contact us at admin@vinniesonline.com.au with your order number, and we'll follow up with the courier or lodge a query with Australia Post quoting your provided tracking number.

    In rare cases, the courier may have left your parcel with a neighbour or at a nearby collection point. Your tracking information should provide more details. If you're still unsure, please email us at support@vinniesonline.com.au for further assistance or lodge a query with Australia Post using your provided tracking number.

    Returns

    Yes, we accept returns within 60 days of purchase, provided the item is unopened and in its original condition, including packaging. You can either exchange the item or receive store credit.

    We’re very sorry for the inconvenience. Please email us at support@vinniesonline.com.au with your order number and a description of the issue (including pictures if possible). We will either replace the item or provide a refund, depending on your preference.

    The process can take 1 week or longer. Once received, your return will be processed within 2–3 days, and you’ll receive an email confirmation. Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear in your account after processing.

    Some items are not eligible for return due to health, safety, or hygiene reasons.
